Hi there!

Before going into any detail let’s get one thing straight, there is an ‘a’ NOT an ‘e’ in my name. So clearly my name is NOT “Sehrish” but “Sahrish” (Sah-ri-sh) which means “Sunrise” hence the blog name “Shades of Sunrise”. (Sorry had to make it clear for people ALWAYS get my name wrong!)

I am known as a real life panda that writes handwritten notes, spreads love, joy, smiles, and happiness with little gestures and not to forget my special panda hugs and magical jellies. Since I am a panda, I like everything in black and white. Apart from that, I am an artist with a Business degree, majored in one of the most creative arts of business known as ‘marketing’. Also, an ad critic (by passion), blogger, Chai/Coffee lover and an intense Foodie. Crafting creative handmade things is one of my fortes!

Professionally, I am digital marketing & advertising professional.

What I write about?

I write about the events, new launches and happenings. I review ‘new in market’ products/services and new food & drinks off course. Since I love Advertising and hate bad ads, whenever I see a bad or a good one, I talk about it on my social media profiles. Have plans to write about them on my blog too.

Besides all of the above mentioned, I write about chaos & all the blessings, realities and ridiculousness of life which includes lessons learned, moments of life and solitude, observations and personal experiences. My blog also includes my artwork, poetry and some fictional pieces with reality as an anchor or inspiration.
